Return Policy

InvoCure strives to ensure accuracy and reliability with every order. In the event of an error, we will do whatever it takes to correct it. For any returns, please email [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A report must be filed within two business days of receipt and the product(s) must comply with the returns standards we have set in place.

Due to health regulations, once any product is taken out of its original packaging, it is no longer returnable. Once a 'Single Patient Use' item is opened and/or used, it is no longer returnable. No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the product into our facilities and have examined them. Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within seven days of receipt date to issue credit (if applicable).

Sending any product in without an RMA will result in a 15% inspection fee and a 15% restocking fee, subtracted from the original purchase price and a credit for the difference will be issued. Any open product will not be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will refund the purchase price of the item less the original shipping cost even if Free Shipping was offered.

Please return ship via the label provided to you by InvoCure. For your protection, please retain your package tracking number. Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Your refund will be issued to the card or account used to make the purchase. You should receive the refund within 5 to 7 days of your package arriving at our facility.


The following special, customized, or government-regulated items are not returnable:

  • Items required to be shipped and stored frozen
  • Controlled substances
  • Biohazardous items
  • Immune globulin products
  • Invitro diagnostics products
  • Special order items (kits, custom trays, and products that we do not ordinarily stock)
  • Opened computer hardware and software
  • Hazardous/flammable materials
  • Expired products
  • Items that cannot be returned to the manufacturer
  • Any item marked nonreturnable
  • Short dated or Seasonal Products


To guarantee merchandise and process orders as quickly as possible we are not able to offer exchanges, and instead ask that you place a new order while we process a return for the item.

Damages & Defects

InvoCure will accept returns on merchandise sold that have manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for troubleshooting and then, if necessary, an RMA# will be issued to you via email. We will then replace the product. No substitutes allowed. All warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer and are final. No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the product into our facilities and have examined them.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. To ship orders as quickly as possible, items are typically processed within 20 minutes. Unless an item is backordered, we are not able to cancel your order once it has been placed. However, you may return your order in accordance with our Return Instructions.


This policy is subject to change without notice by InvoCure. This policy is further subject to modification as InvoCure may deem necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable federal and/or state laws, rules and regulations, FDA guidelines and any other restrictions applicable to returned merchandise.
